Getting your laboratory results
We can provide timely laboratory results in various ways. Most often, the results will be faxed to your doctor's clinic upon completion. We also have the capability, in some offices, to have the results made available via your doctor's electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Patients may also obtain a copy of their results, with a valid ID, upon completion, by filling out a "Release of Information" form. Please talk to us concerning your individual needs and we'll do our best to help you.
